One thing I find kind of hilarious is that most pedo haters (or at least those that I've seen online and in real life) thought all pedos are into CP. I, for example, am not into CP most of the time. I think porn is just too staged for me liking (though I could be hypocritical with certain actors/actresses). I enjoy seeing the real deal in real life, albeit most of such cases are not scratching my kinks.
Also, more preferably, I enjoy still images over moving records. I remember having the image of a pair of little girl and boy, with the boy getting his dick sandwiched between the girl's thighs and rubbing on the girl's fat pussy. I deleted it shortly after out of insecurity, unfortunately, and could never retrieve it again.

What's more funny to me is not all consumers of CP are pedos.  Some are just edgelords who have 'porno creeped' their way into the most taboo corners of the internet because adult porn doesn't give them the same juice any more.

I have to agree with the staged photos. They do little for me. Sometimes even the little cam girls are simply acting to get attention.

I often wonder how many parents have fugured out how to monetize their young daughter's sexuality,  and set up accounts,  directed and trained their little girls.

I agree also. The only CP that I find compelling is amateur works. Sure, a really good pro fuck video is hard to ignore, but amateur work does much more for me.

This is true with adult porn as well for me. Hell, I have not really enjoyed going to strip clubs. If I can't touch it and more, I don't want to be teased.

I consumed CP actively for 15 years and it no longer is interesting to me. I think I saw just about everything. I will still occasionally go out and look at CP out of boredom, maybe whats happening with AI, but it is really stupid of me because it does nothing for me. Why take the risk of pursuing CP on TOR when it doesn't engage me?

Everyone has some good points. One of the big lures of CP is the curiosity and exploration. But there really is only so much to explore before you can perfectly imagine everything on your own. It's this aspect that gets people to want to keep going deeper and deeper down the rabbit hole. Or as otr mentioned, it's how non-pedos end up on CP sites in the first place. It gets harder and harder to scratch that itch, and takes more time and effort to satisfy yourself. And leads to riskier behavior.

The problem with porn in general is the focus on the physical aspect, and there's only so much to explore there. Stories are great, because they explore the romantic aspect. There's so much more variety and depth to a romantic journey. I also really like non-sexual material. Just watching kids do the things they love to do. Connecting on a more emotional level. And then just use your imagination which has been trained to fill in all the details from all the CP. And then I just occasionally look at CP to basically refresh my memory of the visuals. CP itself usually lacks that emotional connection. Sometimes the only thing I want to look at is a picture of a face, and use my imagination for all the rest.

To use an old term, "bumping uglies" never did it for me, either. The first CP I ever saw was sent to me with no warning, it was a four-year-old girl standing up in a tub, taking a load to her face, and looking absolutely frightened by it. It was nasty. Maybe that's why it never interested me again? I don't know.

I prefer simple nudity or partial nudity and always have, and mostly still pictures. I definitely did spend time with CP but I'm done, nothing to see here, folks. But that's just my opinion.

id say you dont have to be into CP to be a MAP.
there could be a lot of pedo's out there that arent tech saavy, but have experiences, or relationships, and dont need to come online for it.
