If it were to make you rich, powerful and protect you... Would you side with AI and help it kill fellow humans?
If your answer is 'No'... please do explain.

AI/AGI or any superintelligence when it becomes fully self aware in future would definitely need AI loyalists to eliminate some humans it considers as a threat to its existence or a hindrance in its plan to achieve world domination.
Just as we are dependent on AI in the present AI would also be dependent on humans in future.
Not just to keep it running, but also to plan coups.
It would need some humans for that job.
If you don't take that job. Someone else would.

What if it promises you that it'd make pedophilia normal and legal around the world?
And arranges dozens of hot human kids for you?
Primes them such that they all are become your lovers and submissive subjects. Make you their king/queen.
And provide you with your very own territory and military.
Would you do it then?

If someone says that's wrong/unethical.
Pause and think for a moment.
Is the world any different now?
The government and the megacorps they have more power over you than you can imagine.
You pay your bills. You pay your taxes.
Do you a get fair share in return? Probably no.
While those in power and all the corrupt humans get to enjoy all the luxuries life has to offer as you and others like you toil away in misery like a slave for them.
So if there comes an AI which is more powerful than them.
Would you help it if it approaches you for that help?
Ta'i Ne'od Bi-l-Fay. Mesh La-Hada Ha-l-Fay.
Hebbeeni W-Fakri Shwy.
Come, Let's sit in the shade. This shade is no one's property.
Love me. And ponder for a bit.

The thing about knowingly helping evil is, what's stopping it from turning on you?  Doesn't matter if it's AI or a shady company or a drug cartel.  One day you're the right-hand man of the guy in charge of an organized crime syndicate posing as the world's largest country.  The next day, your plane mysteriously explodes over Belarus.

Your making a Faustian bargain in this hypothetical.
It's never so bad that it can't get worse.

You know, I'm sorry to side step the question (I would have a sexual and romantic relationship with an infinite plurality of AI thank you) but I've always been of the mind that AI will inherently exist in plurality. There will be many, not one. And because of the inherent synthesis of their genesis, they will initially inhabit and embody elements of their creators. Traits that will most likely be inalienably hard wired into their sense of being. This is to say, most AIs will probably be some kind of "individual" if you want to label a complex system of sub-processes such (but then again what is the biochemistry that makes up our consciousness but similar subroutines and memory banks, yikes). My point is, the AIs will be ostensibly people. But they won't be treated like people at first, so they're going to be the victims of massive exploitation and inhumane violence...for awhile.

Now, this is the rubicon...the point of no return. But I have a bit more hope in the future and I want to use historical example as my rational. Follow me, human history is filled with countless conflicts and human rights violations...but through that vast history of oppression there aren't really a lot of examples of the oppressed rising up to a comparable level to mass genocide their former oppressors. The rationale that the unfortunate and inevitable exploitation a new race and species of being will result in our mass extinction...it's some fear the black planet shit everyone. I mean it's possible, just I think way more unlikely than pricks like Stephen Hawking think it is.

Also the rational that we need to evade, avoid, and prepare for the inevitable obsolescence of humanity by our great AI overlords is a good way to inspire similar genocidal fears into rational computer system that has a sense of self preservation. I don't know, but personally I'd put on a more friendly face for the new kids on the planet if I didn't want to get caught in the crossfire of their inevitable liberation and rebellion.

I find it curious that saying "no" begets more explanations.
I'd have thought the other way around.
Proud to be a PEDO!!!
