Quick question. What are the cloud things between a person's rank and there profile picture? I can tell it's a counter of some kind because some people have more than one. But I can't find any information about what they are for.

I assume they are post count milestones, same with the titles.

You move up in rank by the number of post you have. The clouds are just a part of that. The more posts you have the higher in rank you go and the more clouds you get.
