Using a child sized doll = conviction for childabuse?

While having a doll may indicate a desire it doesn't mean that desire will be acted on. Seems harsh

It is very harsh, but judges now seem to be allowed to give objects and drawings the same protection as humans as far as pedophiles are concerned. So writing a purely fictional story about sex with children becomes producing childporn. Same with a cartoon where Bart and Lisa Simpson have sex. It is insanity and has nothing to do with protecting children.

I looked into the Japanese sex dolls too,but thought discretion is the better part of valor in their case. If you did get one you would most likely be put on some LEA watchlist for potential thought crimes and all your actions monitored. Better safe the sorry, but honestly they did have a certain appeal
