well everyone wondered what happened to pavel the photographer that supplied sets like amy lexi cutie sunshine. it happened few months back but czech police just released to media  him & his photographer was arrested for manufactoring & selling child porn. and studio was raided awhile back. according to police reports they went undercover bought  private photo sets of some of the models to exclusive clients. after they gain  the trust of the photographer , he offered for sale movies to the undercover agents.after obtaining one of the movies they immediately made the bust saying the girls were underage & being forced to to child pornography scenes.they released to news media the  bust & evadence. they even released a very short clip of the movie they obtained  showing they say a underage girl blind folded apperantly nude.& hand cuffed from behind being guided by another girl from the photo studio room thrue a kitchen to a bedroom & for about a second you can see a man going in front of the two girls to  the room where the incident happened. the police report also went into detail stating the man was one of the photographers that worked for pavel and was also charged with agrivated  child rape. police sure must think they have slam dunk case because they sure released alot of info... heres the newschannel link.. go to thirteen minutes 45 seconds. to view the news story it shows the small clip the police released.. the  movie is grainy not professional   but most people i chatted with believe the movie was very recent and i person did short stops on one scene, cleaned it up and saw her profile of her face and is convinced the model that was blind folded handcuffed  was newstar cutie.after watching the clip several times it could very well be cutie.  you probably have to have java to view the news feed but its worth it  [Link deleted for safety reasons]

Apparently biggest case of producing and spreading of child pornography was revealed by police from Hradec Kralove.

For producing child pornography was used at least 70 childern.
Youngest was 7 years old.

Names of several childern are not yet known by police. That is why police ask public to help.

Eight perpetrators, three czechs and eight foreingers are in custody.

Modeling is no fun, but hard work,
that says website of photographer Pavel Rohel.
In fact he dress even 7 years old childern in erotic underwear, suspenders or micro suits,
and photograped and taped them according wishes of foreign customers in provocative poses.

We have secured several photographies and videos, where childern were taped without clothes.

Together we have obtained 30 TB of data.

8 members group since year 2008 gained from perverts at least 700 thousand dollars.

On revealing were  cooperating also Europol and criminalist from Sweden, Ireland, Canada, GB and Spain.

Rooms in the first floor of this house in Kostelec were for 10 years leased by 54 years old Pavel Rohel. He called it studio.

Main perpetrator could go in jail for 15 years.

coowner of the house is also local mayor of Cerveny Kostelec. He allegedly didn't know about activities of Rohel.

-Nothing was indicating about such activity. I've learned it when police told me.

Childern, or their parents, got hundreds of dollars for posing. They thought, that childern are making advertisiment.
It is curious, that some of them agreed with content of the photos.
But most of them had no idea about pornographic material and saw it for the first time by hearing.

Police is convinced, that there will be more abused kids than present number of 70.

except Pavel Rohel it is also Jaroslav Hampl
what else do you know about both of them?

These names aren't new to police and courts.
They were charged with another swede in 2002 and found guilty and prisoned in 2003.
regarding producing and sharing of child pornography.
Pavel Rohel with Swede guy was also accused from sexual abuse.
They also claimed to parents that their childern will become celebrities, that they will get to worldwide known modeling agentures. But it all ended differently - by photographing childern in gutsily poses and selling these photos to foreign clients. But in the 2003 was judgement surprising.

November 2003, Pavel Rohel and Jaroslav Hamlp are leaving the court in Nachod with sentences of 3,5 years.

At that time they were together with Swede accused from producing ang sharing child pornography.
Rohel also from sexual abuse.

Rohel didn't have his studio at that time so he produced porn in hotel rooms.

-We did what he asked for, because we didn't know him a we were afraid that he could do something to us.
-I'm glad that i leaved.

Parents of abused kids and human rights protectors considered sentences very low.

It's too little, they shloud get highest possible sentence.

Such commercial use of childern is very dangerous and these kids are affected by it for their whole life.

They didn't know that the highest court cannot exactly establish difference between porn and art, and will release men free.
Both of them then thought that thay are imperceptible and they didn't stop with the bussiness and even go harder.

Arrested once more...this guy seems to get both very lucky and very unlucky.  What he does is known everywhere, both in our community and by LEA.  I have no idea how he is not in jail.
