Haha we don't have a colloquial name for those lovely little bumps, but mom had a lot of them on her areolas and I'd be remiss in describing her breasts without mentioning them.

As a concerned kindred spirit who is only reading this months after it was posted, maybe I could implore you to reconsider edited it out of the post? :-o

It's seriously giving me anxiety for you . I do not post much and mainly lurk, but I recognize your user name by now and I value your experience and point of view. You contribute a lot. I'd hate to see you dragged off over something so innocuous. I mean, I'd hate to see ANY member of the community dragged off, as it seems to me that we're the group most committed to no harm and have a high density of no-contact types.

Of all folks that do have their lives ruined, the folks here are the least deserving (IMO), and among those folks you are a particularly good folk.

I like that are showing concern for OneLove. I often have similar feelings. Don't worry too much about OneLove though, he's most likely going to be fine. First off, the details referenced above are highly likely to be already be a lie, based on a true story but changed. If you are laying down red herrings about your identity, it kind of defeats the point if you go back and remove them when others voice concern.

Still, let's talk about worse case scenario. A LEA is able to untangle the identity of OneLove. Well, first they will want to look into claims of past crimes. All of OneLove's mentioned crimes are from decades ago, and most have already been looked into by LE and they couldn't uncover anything. Their best chance of using OneLove's identity to prosecute him would probably come from getting a warrant, and watching his internet traffic at the ISP. Then wait until Tor traffic starts coming through, and then burst into his home hoping to catch him in the middle of looking at CP, which is something he tries to avoid. So, they really might burst in when he is doing something else on Tor that they can't get him on. Either way, they will probably take all his stuff, which really sucks. They might find something cached in his Windows. Probably not. This was a lot of time and resources they would have to spend, most likely leading to dead ends. OneLove might be the low hanging fruit of PSC, but there are tons of others in other places that are far lower hanging.

So while it is unlikely he will be dragged away to prison, it is good to limit the risk. Going through an investigation is more likely, which is incredible stressful, and has serious consequences. OneLove is currently taking a break from the site, as he often does, and is likely part of a renewed effort to stay away from CP.

It seems to have caused a fair bit of concern among people, which outweighs its usefulness as a red herring. If someone has scraped the site, it still functions as such, and now its removal can also help calm any sense of precariousness.

I'm fairly relieved to hear your take on this, and in retrospect, I believe that you're right. :-)

It can be nerve-wracking, this need for anonymity. I appreciate the insight and help in keeping me levelheaded.
