I have always found that condoms cause a lot of chafing and discomfort issues, and with tighter girls breakages happen more often.

While I do strongly encourage young pregnancy, unfortunately in our broken society it's a very dangerous prospect for the man, the father.
If you are worried and wondering if your young lover can get pregnant yet, look for her first-hair. It is very, very rare that a girl is ovulating before she has Tanner stage 2 pubic hair. Even if she is getting her period, for most girls the first several periods are non-ovulatory. Early menstrual cycles have unpredictable times, usually kinda long. An irregular cycle in her early years usually means she is not yet ovulating. It's very, very, very rare for a girl to be able to get pregnant while she still has a hairless vagina and before her first menstruation. Therefore in my ideology I believe it's a thing to be celebrated and admired. But it is very rare.

The best way to tell for sure if she is ovulating is to buy her some ovulation tests: it works just like a pregnancy test but it's looking for different hormones. The other best way is to measure basal body temperature, first thing upon waking up in the morning. If she is ovulating there will be a sudden change in the temperature about 1-2 weeks after her last period stopped. I usually recommend this kind of thing to people who want to get pregnant, but the information works just as well to avoid pregnancy.

If she has started to get armpit hair, she is very very probably ovulating. If she has no pubic hair at all, she is very very probably not ovulating. If her body weight is not high enough, or in any other way her body decides it is not ready, then her body will not keep the pregnancy and it will automatically terminate before 12-15 weeks, usually earlier. She may not even notice. This has moral implications depending on your beliefs.

To sum up: if you want to know for sure use ovulation tests. If she has no pubic hair at all yet, she very very probably not fertile, yet. If she has armpit hair, she's probably very very fertile. The in-between is a beautiful spectrum. Personally I love first-hairs, so for me I'd go with the test strips.

Don't take it personally. I got the feeling that you tapped into a deep fear, tangled up in guilt, and together that leads to some raw reactions. You asked a good question, and every pedo with a penis should be sure they're taking the consequences into account.
I've got pictures, I've got candy. I'm a loveable man.

....

This happened to me literally the first time I had intercourse with an underage girl, who was a virgin and extremely tense about our 'first time'. We had tried once before and that had not gone well. She was dry as a bone, I didn't know shit, and was naive enough myself to think that the 'pop' I felt was her hymen. When we were done and I pulled out, the rubber was wrapped around the base of my penis. LOL, I was an idiot. I pulled it off and threw it away, and didn't tell her. Spent the time until her next period in a uncomfortable quiet panic.
I have always liked broken things.
