No offense, but if you really need to convert a board, next time try to be more prepared? Or at least build something that is somewhat desired and something that people have a desire to join into.

I rather felt this must be your first month here if you think that is how it is AFTER the upgrades but it turns out you were registered long enough to actually know better. The forum has had exactly zero days of outage since we migrated a few months ago now. I guess you prefer the pre-migration plan though, where it went offline every Thursday at 7PM UTC and stayed down for 3 days each time? Or the random week to 10 days of continuous down time we would have every other month?

Just so this is clear, you are on TOR and if you are seeing the timed out error or the site is loading slow the site is up and doing fine. The actual server is not some garbage dark web host in a basement somewhere like in years past. It has not been offline since the hour we came online with it months ago. TOR circuits fail, circuits are slow, sometimes you need to restart TOR browser or reboot TAILs to get a solid connection, sometimes it sucks, but the server has been up and solid through it all.

The theme and your preference is exactly that....your preference. The themes on the updated site are like 80% in common with the classic themes which had to be rebuilt from scratch. If you do not like the theme then switch themes. If none are there that you like then do feel free to sink a few dozen hours into making one and submit that and if it is not hot garbage maybe we will load it up.

I get what you're saying.
But I have been browsing PSC since 2014, and still enjoy hanging around.  Love this place, but I do NOT enjoy shitloads of shitposting, retarded, WOKE shitposters, shitposting for a couple of minutes before you disappear into the Interwebz.

Yeaaaa.........I mean......agree? That does not really have much to do with the conversion and migration. Except that traffic is down following the 2 month outage we began the year with.

BUT...go and look at the rules. There have been changes. Rewriting. Things tightening. There are changes and restructuring that were nearly impossible to implement because the outdated software was not made for it. The upgrade and migration were long overdue. There are things that need cleaned up but it is now just that...clean up.

As soon as we are happy that the forum upgrade is 100% where it wanted, changes will come to other things, including rules and the overall feel. It is just a lot of work to do and we do not rush changes that impact the entire forum.

Until then though.......look over the rules. If you feel there are garbage posters that could be cleared up with rules changes you can suggest them. If you have issues with some other member or something specific and thought out then message any of the staff. At the least we can probably explain why a given thing has not been put up for change yet.
