Pedophilia And Clarences

As a Map, I was wondering how would getting a clarences work? I would never harm a child or anyone but seeing how how bigoted a lot of people are they would just stupidly see a Pedophile and call them a "criminal", I would like to ask how would that work as an honest Pedo who may be forced to get one one day. Have ya'll ever gone through something like that?

Not who, what, I may have spelt it wrong so I am sorry, its new to me to but it is the backround checks for people who are around children, it is at least something in the US.

Oh you mean "clearance".

The thing about background checks is that's only going to find things in one's criminal record.  And that means only convictions and guilty/no contest pleas show up.  If one is accused of something and acquitted by a court of law, that's not going to show up on a typical background check for like a school or a summer camp.  Though if any case one was involved in was reported in the media, your name is probably going to come up in a google search associated with that case, regardless of the outcome.

So if one doesn't have any convictions for on topic crime or did anything the media reported on, you're probably fine, assuming no one at the organization you're attempting to be a part of has some personal knowledge that would tip them off.  Really it's only if you're looking to run for office or join some like CIA shit would they maybe dig deep enough to find something that would hint at your sexual attraction.  If all you're doing is poking around on the darkweb and stashing child porn, there is no way a daycare center, for example, is going to come across that in their background check before they decide whether or not to hire you.

As intrusive as this society can be in people's business, we actually still have a hell of a lot of freedom when it comes to this kind of shit.  Keep your social media footprint clear of this topic and you're basically golden.

Ah, I see well I would think I should be fine. The only other thing will they do something of they one way or another find out that I am a Map? Even if I have not done anything you think they will do anything if they somehow got that info?

I suspect they'd show you the door.  Because if it ever came out that they had a pedo working for them and they knew about it but didn't do anything about it; heads would roll.  It ain't 50 years ago anymore when organizations might sweep something like that under the table.  They have to cover their own asses.

That sucks, I would think that would be discriminatory. I mean if they are an equal opeortunity they would have to in theory.

Except "pedophile" isn't one of the protected classes it's supposed to be illegal to discriminate against since it's not a recognized sexual orientation (even though you and I know damn well it is. )
