Do you think little kids can benefit from a 24/7 humanoid robot nanny cum tutor?
Do you think it would be more beneficial for their mental development than say watching reels or playing video games?
A nanny which would let their adult parents relax while their kids become smarter.
Of course, with a recording feature which would allow parents to replay the conversation and tweak settings of the bot as per their need.

What I want to know is that if parents these days are okay to let their kids use tablets and smartphones for long hours during their important developmental years (1-5 years of age)... Would it also be okay for them if that screen time gets replaced by an advanced humanoid robot?
What effect it'd have on a child?
And what if the biological parents are completely absent or mostly absent and neglectful and the child is raised by a humanoid robot/s... Would it still be a 'human' child? Or it'd be something like a feral child but much smarter?

If we are successful in developing a super intelligent humanoid robot I don't think there'd be any problem in letting it raise human children.
And if such children turn out to be more smarter and empathetic than those raised by humans then I think the government should not have any problem with it and new laws should be passed to protect the rights of both the humanoid bots and such children.
Even young orphans can immensely benefit from them. Orphanages all over the world should be supplied such bots who would act as parents.
Older kids in orphanages and foster homes should have a right to adopt a bot/s as their parent/s.
What a beautiful future that would be.

Ah, I see.
Well I have little doubt such an interactive robot would be better than staring at a screen.  Though the devil is in the details.  If it's just being fed by the same attention-whoring algorithms that run social platforms, then it's a lateral move at best.  But if they do their best to make it like interacting with a sentient entity, perhaps that'll be good.  Better than nothing.
Though I'd prefer a situation where we've got enough caring humans to fulfill that role for every child, perhaps that won't physically be possible in all cases in the future.
