Maybe you just have really sexy trash cans in your town, DoJ. :P

"Ooh, call me Oscar, cuz I wanna get up inside that can!"
:rofl

Super hot light posts too. Or maybe when they are warm from being in the sun all day they feel like a girl? Someone try it out and let me know.

Ugh I am old, I read the subject line and assumed that you were talking about the wrinkle lines on my face. But I was flattered that you referred to me as a girl. I need more coffee.

Something I've seen dudes doing to attractive women before that confuses me is tooting the car horn at a hot chick walking or jogging or whatever. I once worked with a douchebag who did this and he never followed up his honks with any sort of words or actual interaction.  It was just "Ooh look at that one!" beep-beep!  It struck me as stupid.  Like what did he expect; for the woman to drop what she's doing and try and chase down this car that honked at her so she can fuck whoever is driving?  I didn't get the point.  It struck me as the equivalent of tapping on the opposite shoulder of person so they look and then you duck away.  Like "ha, ha; made you look!"

Maybe this guy just liked confused scowls on women?

That sounds mega annoying. Cars honking their horns is irritating in general. I hate being in a parking lot or something and a horn goes off and it's so abrupt and annoying. Any guy blowing one at me would instantly annoy me no matter what he had to say but just doing that then driving off seems dumb.

:think Hmmm. It strikes me that he probably did not do this when he was driving alone...? At least, I have never seen it. I guess he thinks that would be weird to honk at women without his buddies there to approve.???? It is like the construction site example. It is probably a way of signaling one's heterosexuality and a way of building connection with one's peers. Kind of like a bunch of weird pedos in some anonymous online forum supporting each other... :P

most of the time its more the rush of saying something like that to a minor than actually doing an act with a minor. Since the chances of getting away with asking a girl to suck your dick is significantly higher than trying to hit on her for real, taking her on a date, seducing her and screwing her in your bedroom. Ive never done it personally but i have when i was younger purposely done things to scare girls because it feels like i am putting fear into what usually controls me. It also just makes me laugh usually. I no longer do it for legality reasons.

I also will add younger girls are less likely to report it depending on the country since all that happened was a guy said some gross shit and then sped off. They dont want to say it to their parents then and possibly get into trouble so they keep it to themselves.

I didn't exactly give that dude any positive feedback for pointing out hot chicks and honking at them.  But I also weirdly found myself unable to straight up tell him to knock it off and quit being a douche.  I guess I didn't wanna start some bullcrap argument?  That guy was a tool and he wasn't worth engaging with.

For some reason, this all reminds me of a stand up bit by David Cross about witnessing a dude trying to hit on a chick while driving a garbage truck.  Cross channeling the garbage truck driver hitting on a woman went something like, "Yeah I just go for it.  I'll ask a hundred girls; get 99 no's.  But maybe that hundredth chick likes to fuck on a pile of trash!"

Maybe that is a thing that makes sense. At the end of last summer I was trying to return my life to something like normal when sort of out of nowhere a boy I knew from sports asked me on a date. I spent days trying on outfits and working on how I looked and all of this then went and met him at the food court at the mall. He ended up getting food and then pulled out his phone and ignored me. I tried to talk a few times and he acted irritated that I was bothering him. Eventually I got up and left so  I could go make my mom give me a ride home and start crying properly. It hurt terribly and I never understood why he would do something like that to me.

I am not really a fan of pick-up lines, be they normal ones or gross ones.

I find it's best to just be a friendly person and people will want to be around you.

@DOJ;
That just seems to be how people are now days. When I go out with friends they all seem to spend the whole time sitting on there phones instead of actually chatting with each other.

This could be two different things too. Could be the dude is socially awkward or hes been told or shown that if you show a girl interest at first shes basically going to leave you immediately but he over compensated for it.

Maybe that is a problem he had. But it really hurt and has left me with problems. It's been nearly a year and I still worry over it and wonder if I did something wrong to deserve that, or am simply ugly.

I wouldnt put too much weight into. Sounds like you did nothing wrong.
