I all I have been away for awhile. Has something happened to the theme of this site? From my end the background is all white with basic font for text.
Was there recent attack on all sites?

There was a topic about it, but I don't think there was a conclusion (or was it?). From what I understood, stylesheet doesn't load, because the browser (TBB) claims that it supports JS (and the forum tries to load the CSS stylesheet via JS), but it doesn't. But I might be completely mistaken. Anyway, it's a known issue.
The fix for me was to use the Brave browser (with TOR) instead of the default TOR browser.

Yeah, unfortunately we still just haven't had a lot of time to try to figure this one out, and it's particularly difficult because we haven't been able to reproduced the issue.
@Ace_pedo can you let us know what version of TBB you're using

The Brave Browser you mean or the current version of Tor im using? As for Tor I am using, 14.5.3 (based on Mozilla Firefox 128.11.0esr) up to date so I believe.
I just downloaded and installed latest Tor browser (14.5.3) on a Linux VM, launched it with external Tor (TOR_SKIP_LAUNCH=1 and custom TOR_SOCKS_PORT and TOR_CONTROL_PORT), and the forum loads fine, theme switcher also works. I didn't change any settings.
So is your install the default one, or did you change something that might be relevant (some JS settings, some extensions)? Maybe there's a way to disable JS in a Tor browser (I don't use it, so I don't know) and you clicked that (nothing wrong with that, it would just explain why it works for me and doesn't for you, and would allow me to redo the test).
Can you try with a completely new, fresh profile of the Tor browser?
Also, what URL do you use to access PSC? Perhaps the answer will surprise us (maybe there's some shady mirror that steals passwords and it doesn't quite work with the CSS, or something...).

At one time a few users were having that issue and they were using a clearnet portal that loaded the onion. That is obviously a really scary plan. If you are ever unsure consult the LifeBoat and make sure the onion you are loading is listed there.
Uh, wow. If that's the case then yes, risky as hell. If someone accessed the forum via Tor browser, but using a clearnet gateway, then at least two parties (exit node operator and clearnet gateway operator) had access to their password. I recommend connecting via normal onion URL and changing the password ASAP if that's the case.
Plus gateway probably wouldn't allow access to the new key-protected URL, so most probably users of the supportkys URL experience constant downtimes due to DDoS...
